Absolutely not! This is a claim often made by individuals who, for various reasons, do not understand our offering or are unable to successfully complete a course within our deadline. Sometimes, it seems like our offering is too good to be true because we offer great tech courses so inexpensively.
We make every effort to ensure that our offering is as clear and transparent as possible, and a student can see the deadline and timelines inside their account dashboard on our learning app. We also send out email reminders on important course milestones. But occasionally, students may overlook the emails, it might be mistakenly delivered to their junk/spam folder, or the message may be undeliverable due to technical issues of which we were unaware. Or they may not be aware about where to find the platform deadline reminder.

When some students miss our deadlines or experience any of the other issues they are not clear about, they may feel frustrated and leave bad reviews.

How can you be sure?
In any case, if a student misunderstands our offering for any reason, we allow them ample time to change their mind after purchasing a course and get a full refund within 14 days of the course or before they complete 30% of the course, with no questions asked. Also if they experience an unexpected charge, all they need to do is contact us so we can assist them to clarify or refund as needed.
