🥜 In a nutshell:

There are no mandatory times for physical attendance in EntryLevel courses. We've designed our courses to be highly flexible and accessible, catering to learners across different time zones and schedules.

We understand it's very important to be clear about the time commitment that you can expect to put into this course so you can see if it fits your schedule and learning style.

How will the course be delivered?

There are no specific times you need to be physically present for our courses at EntryLevel. This is because our courses are designed to be as flexible and accessible as possible, accommodating learners from various time zones and with different schedules.

EntryLevel courses are online bootcamps that are conducted virtually via our proprietary learning app. They consist of written content, pre-recorded videos and practical tasks, with a final project which you will do individually. This flexible structure ensures you can take part at a time that suits you and go at your own pace.

How will you keep up?

  • AI-enabled learning: EntryLevel offers AI-enabled tools such as an AI-tutor, which is trained on our content to answer students' questions, and an AI review checker, which is used for marking the final portfolio based on thousands of previous portfolios.

  • Self-paced learning: Our courses are structured to allow you to progress at your own pace. This flexibility enables you to engage with the course materials and complete tasks whenever it suits you best, without the need for real-time attendance.

  • Peer to peer learning: Added to these advanced tools and the availability of self-paced learning, we also offer a vibrant community for peer-to-peer learning, fostering collaboration and support among participants.

  • Cohort-based learning with deadlines: While the course is self-paced, there is a critical deadline at the end of the course that you must meet to successfully complete the course. The deadline is to foster a collaborative and supportive environment where you can learn with peers and progress together through a cohort. If you do not meet the deadline, you cannot earn a certificate.

Are extensions possible for a missed deadline?

We understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes you might need extra time to complete your coursework. Extensions are available if you are unable to complete your course before the deadline. If you encounter circumstances that significantly impact your ability to meet deadlines, you can get an extension.

Special considerations for extensions

  • If you are in a single course, you can extend your deadline once for a week, two weeks, or six weeks.

  • For extensions beyond the above, we will offer special considerations on a case-by-case basis to ensure fairness and support for all students.

By following this structured yet flexible approach, you can plan your learning effectively around your personal and professional commitments, ensuring that you can meet the course requirements without the stress of fixed class times.

For assistance with any issues, our support team is available to help you so you reach your academic and career goals while learning with us.
