I started the course but I don't wish to complete it, can I request my entry fee back?

You can request a refund within the first 14 days or if you have less than 30% course completion. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds beyond this.

While we do not have a trial, you are eligible for a refund if you request it within 14 days of enrollment or before completing more than 30% of the course, whichever comes first if you change your mind about taking the course.

This policy aims to provide flexibility while encouraging you to commit to your chosen course.

No refunds beyond initial criteria

Once you have passed the 14-day mark or completed more than 30% of the course, you are no longer eligible for a refund, regardless of whether you completed the course within the specified deadlines.

What happens after you get a refund?

Please keep in mind that you will immediately lose access to your unfinished courses and any benefits once the refund has been processed.

  • Certificate of completion: Successfully finishing your course will earn you a certificate of completion.
