You can request a refund within the first 14 days or if you have less than 30% course completion. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds beyond this.

At EntryLevel, we recognize that sometimes a course may not meet your expectations or fit your current circumstances. To ensure that you can make decisions that best suit your needs, we offer a straightforward withdrawal and refund policy.

Our refund policy

  1. 14-Day or less than 30% course completion:

    • You can withdraw from the course and receive a full refund within the first 14 days or before completing 30% of the course, whichever comes first. This policy is designed to give you enough time to assess the course content and workload without any financial risk.

  2. No questions asked:

    • During this period, you can request a refund for any reason, and we will process it promptly without any questions. This ensures that you have a safety net if the course is too challenging or simply doesn't meet your needs.

  3. Restrictions after eligibility period:

    • Please note that withdrawal from the course is not permitted after the 14-day period or once more than 30% of the course content has been completed. If you discontinue the course after this point, you will not be eligible to receive a certificate of completion and a refund.

We hope this flexible refund policy helps you commit to our programs with confidence, knowing that we understand the importance of finding the right educational fit. If you need further clarification on our withdrawal and refund policy or if you require assistance, please contact our support team.
