You can withdraw from the course and receive a full refund within the first 14 days or before completing 30% of the course, whichever comes first. This policy is designed to give you enough time to assess the course content and workload without any financial risk.
No questions asked:
During this period, you can request a refund for any reason, and we will process it promptly without any questions. This ensures that you have a safety net if the course is too challenging or simply doesn't meet your needs.
Restrictions after eligibility period:
Please note that withdrawal from the course is not permitted after the 14-day period or once more than 30% of the course content has been completed. If you discontinue the course after this point, you will not be eligible to receive a certificate of completion and a refund.
What happens after you get a refund?
Please keep in mind that you will immediately lose access to your unfinished courses and any benefits once the refund has been processed.
