🥜 In a nutshell:
EntryLevel offers cohort-based courses, fostering community and collaborative learning. There's a new cohort starting every week, but you can enroll and start anytime for maximum flexibility.
At EntryLevel, we offer cohort-based courses, providing a structured yet flexible learning environment over a six-week period. Here’s everything you need to know about our cohorts, including when they start, their frequency, and important considerations for planning your participation.
What is a cohort?
A cohort at EntryLevel is a group of students who start and proceed through a course together. This format fosters a sense of community and enhances peer-to-peer learning, making your learning experience more collaborative and supportive.
Cohort duration and schedule
Each cohort is designed to run for six weeks. We start new cohorts every week, ensuring that you have multiple opportunities throughout the year to find a cohort that fits your schedule.
Finding the next enrollment date
To find out when the next cohort begins:
Visit our courses page at EntryLevel Courses.
Scroll to the Course Information section on the page of the course you are interested in.
Here, you’ll find the 'Enroll before' date, which indicates the cohort start date.
Take this opportunity to also review other important course details to ensure they align with your expectations and goals.
When does a cohort start after enrollment?
Please keep in mind that you can enroll at any time regardless of the "Enroll before" date. You will be added to the cohort that begins on the next Wednesday after you purchase a course or the current date if it falls on a Wednesday. But you can start on any day.
Overlap and timing considerations
When planning to enroll in any of our courses, it’s important to consider the following:
Deadlines: Each cohort has one crucial submission deadline. Meeting the deadline is essential for completing the course successfully. If you are thinking about enrolling in multiple courses simultaneously, remember that managing overlapping deadlines can become challenging.
Expected workload: Our courses are comprehensive and require a significant commitment to get the most out of your learning experience. The workload is substantial, as each course is designed to be immersive and hands-on.
Multiple enrollments: Enrolling in multiple courses at the same time can spread your focus thin and potentially diminish the quality of your learning and the outputs you produce. We recommend enrolling in one course at a time within each cohort to ensure you can fully engage and benefit from each learning experience.
If you have any questions about our cohort-based learning system or need further assistance with enrollment, please do not hesitate to reach out to our support team. We are here to help you navigate your educational journey and ensure you have all the information you need to succeed.
