Requesting account deletion
Compose an email from the email address associated with your EntryLevel account. Address the email to [email protected].
In the email subject, write "Account Deletion Request" to ensure a swift response from our support team.
In the body of the email, you may include a brief message expressing your desire to delete your EntryLevel account, and include any other relevant information to help us locate your account.
Your account will be deleted within 7 days from the time we receive your request. We understand the importance of your privacy and will ensure that your information is securely removed from our system.
After your account has been successfully deleted, you will receive a confirmation email from our support team. This email serves as verification that your EntryLevel account has been permanently removed.
All data associated with your account, including progress, history, and personal information, will be permanently deleted.
It's important to note that once your data is erased, this process is not reversible.
EntryLevel may keep a record of the email requesting account deletion.
For accounting purposes, purchase data will be anonymised rather than erased.
