What's the monthly subscription plan?

If you are seeing two prices, you may be wondering why and if the monthly plan is for you

Updated over a week ago

🥜 In a nutshell:

Our monthly plan offers access to all courses, simulated internships, and early feature access. It auto-renews, but you can cancel at any time or ask for a refund which will be granted under the refund policy.

Our subscription plan is designed to provide comprehensive access to all our courses and educational resources. It is built for the most ambitious students and should encourage a student to try and acquire a more complete skillset within a budget. Here’s how it works:

How the subscription plan works

  • Billing period: Subscriptions are charged at the start of the billing cycle and automatically renewed at the end. A billing cycle is a clear month, which is a full month counted from a specific date and excluding the start date. For example, from January 15th to February 15th.

  • Subscriptions started on the 29th-31st of a month will be billed on the 28th of subsequent months.

Plan benefits

When you subscribe, you gain access to a range of benefits designed to enhance your learning experience:

  • Access to all courses: Enroll in as many courses as you like without restrictions.

  • No limit on extensions: Enjoy the flexibility to extend deadlines for your enrolled courses indefinitely.

  • Access to simulated internships: Participate in our simulated internships to gain practical experience.

  • Early access to new features: Be the first to try out new products and features in development.

  • Lifetime access to completed courses: Once you complete a course, you retain lifetime access to the course materials.

  • Certificates and reference letters: Upon completing a course, you receive a certificate and a reference letter to showcase your achievements.

Cancelling a plan

You can cancel your subscription plan at any time. Here’s what happens when you cancel:

  • Auto-renewal turned off: Canceling will stop the auto-renewal of your subscription.

  • Continued benefits until end of billing cycle: Your benefits will continue until the end of the current billing cycle, but you will not be charged again at the end of the cycle.

  • No refund for partial periods: You won’t receive a refund for the time between your cancellation and the end of your subscription period.

Plan refunds

Refunds are available under specific conditions:

  • Latest billing period only: You can request a refund for your latest subscription billing period.

  • Criteria for refunds: Refunds are granted only under the following conditions:

    • For the first month of subscription, we offer a no-questions-asked refund within the first 14 days, provided you haven’t completed 30% of any course.

    • For subsequent subscription months, you will only receive a refund if you did not use any subscription benefits for that month.

  • Immediate loss of benefits: Once a refund is granted, you will immediately lose access to all subscription benefits.

Payment issues

If a subscription charge fails, we do not retry it and you will lose your subscription benefits immediately.

Switching between subscription and single course

  • No mid-course switching: You cannot switch from a subscription to a single course in the middle of a course.

  • Refund and repurchase option: You can however apply for a refund if eligible and then purchase a single course separately.

  • Progress retention: If you already have a single course and purchase a subscription, you will retain all progress on the single course. If you re-subscribe, you will regain access to all previous courses and continue where you left off.

At EntryLevel, we want to make sure that we're giving you so much more value and exceeding your expectations. If you have any questions or need further assistance regarding our subscription plan, our support team is readily available to help.
